1. Using Wordy

Wordy is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access or use automated or manipulated gameplay to obtain unfair leaderboard results or rewards.

2. Virtual items and currency

Wordy may include virtual coins, hints, time boosts or other digital items. They have no cash value outside the game and are provided only as part of the Wordy service.

3. Purchases

Digital purchases are processed by the applicable app-store platform. Billing, refunds and payment processing are also subject to the platform's terms and policies.

4. Advertising

5. Leaderboards and fair play

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wordy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
