Account & Data Deletion

Wordy is currently pre-release. The production account system and deletion workflow have not been enabled yet. This page is reserved for the public deletion process that will be available before account-based online features launch.
Local game progress
Local progress can be reset from Wordy's Settings screen. Removing the app may also remove locally stored data, subject to your device and platform backup settings.
Online account data
When Wordy introduces server-backed accounts, Survival leaderboards, Daily Challenge records or cloud progress, this page will explain how to request deletion of the account and associated personal data without requiring reinstallation of the app.
What may be retained
After a deletion request, limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, transaction records, security or other legal obligations. The final retention details will be published before the account system launches.
